Insurance
I accept and bill insurances, and I am in-network with the following insurances:
Anthem BCBS & Anthem Medicaid
KY Medicaid
Aetna & Aetna Better Health
Passport/Molina
Humana & Humana Medicaid
If your insurance is not listed, I may be able to see you out-of-network and provide you with a “superbill” which you’d then submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement of your sessions.
*I do not bill secondary insurances.
Private Pay
Clients can opt not to use their insurances in order to avoid having a diagnosis being sent to their insurance and also having more flexibility with their sessions (frequency, length of sessions, etc.). Payment is due at the time of session and rates are listed below:
Initial Intake (1st appt)- $150
60 min session- $120
45 min session-$85
30 min session-$70
I accept all credit card types, including HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
